Job Title: Secondary Science Teacher

 

Job Description:  USD 360 Caldwell Schools has an opening for a secondary school science teacher for the 2020-21 school year.  The successful applicant may teach classes covering soil science, biology, chemistry, physical science, and STEM as needed in the schedule.  A second science teacher teaches middle school science, A & P, and environmental science.  Some secondary science classes are part of a CTE Pathway program.

 

All candidates, including KEEB online applicants must submit all the information listed below:

  • a letter of interest,  
  • a current resume,
  • a list of references,
  • a copy of your current Kansas teaching license or prove your ability to obtain a Kansas license by August 1, 2020,
  • official college transcripts,
  • a completed district application.

Supplemental and coaching positions are available.

 

Interviews will be scheduled and conducted after completed files are received and references are checked. Position will be filled as soon as a qualified applicant is available. 

The district is 1:1 with Chrome books for all 6-12 students.  Being located in Sumner County the teachers have received yearly stipends from the Kansas Star Casino to purchase classroom materials.  A great opportunity in a rural school with great community and BOE support..

Job Title: Family and Consumer Science Teacher

 

Job Description:  Caldwell USD 360 has an opening for a FACS Teacher at Caldwell Secondary School for the 2020-2021 school year.  Must have secondary licensure with a Family and Consumer Science endorsement.

The successful applicant may teach topics that include nutrition, menu planning, food preparation, clothing care and construction, money management, personal grooming, consumer awareness, and child development.  The classes are part of an approved CTE Pathway.

Job Description:  USD 360 Caldwell Schools is seeking a passionate, talented, and self-motivated teacher to join the secondary school educational staff and lead the business/computer department starting with the 2020-21 school year.
